We appreciated the warm welcome from our hosts. The location is perfect for walking to nearby attractions like the Vatican, and we enjoyed a lovely bike tour around the city. Our special needs son's support dog felt right at home here.
My wife says that a small play area for kids would be beneficial.

Had a blast with the breakfast at a nearby cafe, tasty croissants and fresh coffee, started our days right, you know? And the hosts, such warmth from them, like family.

Location: the hotel was short walk to metro station, the center of Rome about 5-10 minutes from the Vatican, and coloseum around 1 hour walk. Spent a nice evening at L'isola della Pizza, located not too far from the venue. The room was spotless, new-fashioned with a communal kitchen...

Our good stay included early check-in, comfortable bedding, and really good support from Lucilla for local dining. The ambience of the quiet Prati neighborhood made exploring the city an ease, with essential sights just a short stroll away.

The accommodation was central and of high standard. We definitely got more out of our stay in Rome this time as our hosts were very knowledgeable on the local area, recommended great restaurants and even went out of their way to take us to a concert we booked, further away in the city than expected.
Water in the room would be great, however we did realise we could get this from the B&B kitchenette.

Very clean and beautifull rooms. Staff was very friendly and helpfull... this made our stay much nicer. The location was good, you can go to most places on foot.
The rooms come out in the kitchen/breakfastroom, so after 9 o'clock you can hear people eatig breakfast. We didn't mind because we went to Rome to visit and shop and then you don't sleep all day. After 10:30 it is always calm again because the guests have eaten their breakfast and go into the city.

The host, Bori, provided really good service .
I encountered some confusion with the breakfast pricing on the first day, a bit disheartening. While the amenities were generally satisfactory, the room's soundproofing left much to be desired, especially with street noise seeping in. Despite the inviting atmosphere, some aspects felt a bit lacking in comfort .

Lucilla, Emiliano & Alessio were very friendly, attentive, informative and welcoming. The position of the B&B was excellent, walking distance to all major sites, shopping & or Metro, yet quiet. Access to tea & Nespresso coffee making facilities at all hours was appreciated as this was not offered anywhere else we stayed.
Nothing - all excellent

Very personal approach, the owners have a chat with each of the visitors at least every day during breakfast. Smaal scale b&b (4 rooms) where a lot of attention is being given to detail: each room has a separate name and is decorated accordingly.
We were not correctly informed on the cleaning policy.

This has to be one of the best value for money accommodations in Europe. The rooms are next to new, excellently appointed and in a safe neighborhood. Breakfast was simple but fresh and delicious and the staff were happy to help out in any way they could. I would definitely recommend this B&B to the most discerning traveller, an absolute gem!

Good experience with friendly hosts. The room was clean and bright. Breakfast at a nearby café featured a delicious pancake platter, and the location offered easy access to local restaurants and sights. Some street noise was noticeable at night, and while the comfort of the bed was generally good, it could have been slightly better to ensure restful sleep.

The hotel in itself is great. However the big plus of this place is the people (Emiliano, Lucilla and Alessio) who take care of you as if you are a family member. The breakfast served by the host is awesome. You can take your time to have your breakfast while chatting with the people. I definitely recommend this hotel. Great value for the hotel itself and unvaluable friendship you get there.
